Hashtags are cool, I promise. Especially on LinkedIn.

Here’s a big ‘DID YOU KNOW’ LinkedIn moment. When you are using LinkedIn you should always use up to three hashtags on your posts. It allows your posts to filter through and reach more people, reach the people that follow the hashtags. Once your post continues to reach a large amount of people and receives a high enough engagement, it will then start trending. Once you are trending LinkedIn lets your connections know. – – > Your connections have the ability to mute notifications like that but in the beginning everyone’s exposed 😎. On certain platforms hashtags are used as trying too hard or not necessary or annoying, but they do make a big difference. (Now head to LinkedIn to read my post about a really cool situation I was in last week: HINT: it involves strangers being kind). 🤍
